More Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Furthermore featured in this latest document disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.

The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the sprawling island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

This development map is covered in notations in red and contains a legend detailing distinct parts of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, featuring layouts for dock shelters.

More materials made public as part of the current congressional disclosure.
